Delivery

All of our awesome gear is made to order especially for you so please be patient and allow 3-5 working days before we ship. It will ship as soon as it's ready on Royal Mail 24 service.

Returns & Exchange

If you want to exchange your 6SEVEN garment, choose a different size or colour, just drop us a line to the email address on your delivery note and we’ll get it sorted for you. We cannot accept returns that have been washed or worn, unless defective.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON CUSTOM WEAR SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE CHECKED ALL MEASUREMENTS. 

Lost Package

If you've placed an order, received an email confirmation of order and an email confirmation of processing and dispatch, you should have your parcel within 10 working days, depending on the postage option and your location. If you think that something has gone wrong, please contact us. We can check the locations of some of our parcels for you and sort it out straight away.
